Louise Willson has dedicated her career to the Third Sector, bringing over 13 years of experience to Outside the Box. Since becoming Chief Executive in 2022, she has led her team to support groups and individuals across Scotland in making a difference in their communities.
Previously, Louise was the Chief Officer at CVS Hamilton, where she developed her leadership skills and a deep understanding of community needs. At Outside the Box, she specialises in creative approaches to community engagement and capturing impact.
As a Board Member of the Community Brokerage Network, Louise supports the organisation’s mission to ensure that people in need of social care receive the help they need.
