About Kaye

Kaye has a background in senior leadership in Customer Service and Operations within the tourism and travel industry. She made the move back to Scotland in 2015 to provide better support for her son, who has a progressive neurological condition and ASD. Kaye joined our team in May 2017 after meeting one of our Directors during The Partners in Policymaking Course. As a single parent, she understands the challenges of caring for a child with additional support needs. Kaye is passionate about helping families navigate the social care system to ensure they get the best support possible. In 2020, Kaye earned the SQA Level 7 Award in Community Brokerage.

Outside of work, Kaye enjoys socializing, cooking, and hosting dinner parties and BBQs when the weather allows.
