About Euan

Euan has spent over a decade supporting disabled people and their families across a wide range of care settings. He’s worked as a Personal Assistant, in community-based teams, and in residential care, giving him a strong, well-rounded understanding of what good support looks like, and what happens when it’s missing.

He’s passionate about helping people shape the lives they want. As a trained facilitator in person-centred planning, he’s helped individuals and families explore what a good life means to them, and how to get there. Euan is also a confident public speaker and educator, regularly contributing to programmes like Partners in Policymaking to champion rights, citizenship and the social model of disability.

With lived experience as both a family carer and a disabled person, Euan brings deep empathy and insight to his work. He believes in the power of community, creativity and strong relationships to unlock better support. Outside work, he enjoys writing, disability activism, and long walks with his dog, often revisiting the local beauty spots he once took for granted.
