Chelsea joined the community brokerage in January 2025, bringing with her a background in community support and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a community living worker, supporting individuals with mild learning disabilities and mental health challenges to build confidence, form meaningful relationships, and engage with their local communities.
Her commitment to care and advocacy is deeply personal. Having grown up supporting family members with a range of additional needs — she brings not only professional insight but lived experience and a deep sense of empathy to her role.
Outside of work, Chelsea is a devoted mum who enjoys spending time with her daughter and extended family. She enjoys homemaking, especially cooking, baking, and creating warm, inviting spaces where memories are made. Chelsea will begin working toward the SQA Level 7 Community Brokerage Award in September 2025, continuing to build her skills and grow in her role within the team.
