Arlene’s extensive background includes roles in local authority housing benefits and social work departments. Since joining us in November 2023, she’s become our go-to person for clients needing help understanding their benefit entitlements. Arlene is passionate about community development and empowerment, ensuring clients tap into local resources to enhance their lives.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, reading, and recently took up running, braving all weather conditions with her local running group.
