What is Let’s CHAT About Wellbeing?
Let’s CHAT About Wellbeing is a four-week-long group‑based programme that brings together guided discussion, learning and gentle physical activity in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
The programme is suitable for people with mild to moderate mental health needs and is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and practical.
What will the programme cover?
Over the four weeks, participants will take part in:
- Group discussions in a safe, supportive setting
- Learning about stress and anxiety
- Exploring self‑esteem and confidence
- Sharing and developing daily coping strategies
- A short, accessible exercise session at the end of each week
The focus is on building skills that can be used in everyday life, at a pace that feels comfortable for everyone.

- Time: 6.00pm- 7.30pm
- Location: Stewarton Annick Centre – KA3 5BG
- Cost: Free
